Hello - I have completed training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing). EMDR is a treatment that is suitable for trauma and is approved of by NICE. I work as an accredited CBT therapist (BABCP) with DBS enhanced clearance, and am insured. I have over 10 years of NHS and agency experience. I am looking to work with people with mild to moderate trauma e.g. road traffic accidents, bullying, panic, single trauma, etc. Sessions can be done using a video link. If you are interested, sessions are £70 and last approximately 1 hour.
