I am a BACP licensed Counselling Psychotherapist. I offer a safe and confidential space for both short-term and long-term relational therapy. I am warm and down to earth in my approach, and I aim to provide a therapeutic space whereby you will feel seen and heard and safe to explore. I draw from a variety of theories depending on your needs as an individual but my focus is on the relationship; it is my belief that this is where the healing can be found.
