Body Psychotherapy is a holistic form of psychotherapy which naturally incorporates the body within the psychotherapeutic process. Our life experiences are experienced in the mind, and also felt, sensed and held in our bodies. As in other forms of psychotherapy, we work together to understand and therapeutically work through the issues you face.
