I am a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I work primarily from a psychoanalytic perspective with an attachment-based focus, providing my clients a space to explore how their past might be influencing their life at present, as well as the ways they relate and connect to others. In the therapeutic process I help clients to gain insight into their state of mind by bringing the unconscious to a conscious level. I also use EMDR protocols to help clients suffering from trauma. Apart from therapy services, I offer comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments, including ADHD and Autism assessments.

I have slots available for personal therapy. Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons. I believe that the greatest benefit of Psychosynthesis comes to a strong willed psychologically minded person who seeks personal growth, self-knowledge and integration of the creative and rational sides. Such a person is ready for self-reflection, working with subconscious processes and integrating logical and intuitive thinking to achieve greater harmony and fulfil their potential. People I am working with are open to an in-depth exploration and seeking to understand their 'true self'.

When thinking about therapy, it might be difficult to know where to start or what to expect. From my experience, the best way is to have a face-to-face initial consultation. This will allow you to get a sense of whether you feel comfortable in sharing your feelings and thoughts with me. There is no obligation to continue after the first meeting. Usually, I allow 3-4 sessions before deciding on working together. If we both agree that therapy can be beneficial then we will have our agreement, including a regular weekly time slot and a fee.

You may be facing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low self-worth, or the pain of difficult relationships. You may often feel disconnected from who you are and long for peace, clarity, and emotional safety. Many of my clients are working through attachment trauma, the effects of neglect and abuse in childhood, existential questions or depression. I work to help you reconnect with yourself, reduce anxiety, and build a life that feels connected, calm, meaningful and authentic. I offer a warm compassionate space for you to safely explore.

Are you struggling with self-esteem? Maybe you worry a lot about what people think of you and you tend to be very critical of yourself. You tend to be overly nice to people and you struggle to set boundaries and have a voice of your own. You may have grown up having to be 'good' and feel like you don't know who you are underneath that good persona and you're a little scared to find out. Maybe you've tried to figure it out on your own but realised you need help and support. You want someone who can help you get to the root of your inner struggles and create profound transformation into self-love and confidence.

Do relationships feel like hard work instead of bringing you joy and being a "safe heaven"? Whether you’re single, dating or in a long-term relationship, you still may feel lonely, confused or stuck. And you start overthinking, feeling anxious, guilty or “not enough”. Maybe you keep arguing about “small things”, avoid intimacy or notice the same painful story repeating with different people. But deep down, you long for calm, emotional safety and honest conversations – to feel close and wanted, and finally relax and be yourself without losing your independence

My sessions are available in English and Russian language.
In therapy, we will work together towards identifying some unapparent and recurring patterns that underpin your behaviours, interpersonal relationships and life-long emotional experiences. Whatever personal or interpersonal issues you are facing, first of all I work with you as an individual with your own unique personal history.

I offer therapy in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
In my approach, I combine talking therapy with body-based and creative practices, such as movement, drawing and play. I often find it helps people with expression and can be used as a great source of support. I also pay particular attention to the relationship between client and therapist and what emerges between us.

The primary goal of psychotherapy is to facilitate individual development, whereby "a person becomes who they have always been." Jungian psychotherapy is a particular form of therapy in which the therapist and client work together to increase the patient's consciousness, move towards psychological equilibrium and wholeness, and bring relief and meaning to psychological suffering. This process can treat a wide range of emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as help anyone seeking psychological growth.

If your relationships have left you feeling unlike yourself — raw, unsure, or stuck — you’re not alone. I support people navigating dating, long-term partnerships, breakups, divorce, and complex family dynamics. You might notice thoughts like, “I can’t stop thinking about my ex,” “I keep choosing the wrong people,” “I’m scared to end this,” or “My family drains me.” Or you may simply find yourself thinking, “I don’t recognise myself anymore,” “I feel betrayed and heartbroken,” or “I can’t manage this any longer and don’t know how to move forward.”

Are you someone who already has experience with talk therapy, but still feels like a crucial piece is missing? A lot of my clients come to me when they feel ready to go deeper in their healing and include not only the mind, but also the body story into the process. You may be overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or dealing with a difficult chapter, like a breakup or life transition. Perhaps you are stuck in cycles of self-doubt, struggling with persistent feelings of guilt, or finding it hard to know what you truly want beneath what everyone else needs from you. I know my own version of these places and how isolating they can feel.
