If you are suffering from acute anxiety or are finding your relationships or home life situation extremely stressful, it can be very helpful to talk about it in a safe, accepting place. As an experienced person-centred counsellor, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental environment where you can talk about what is troubling you. I can help you understand the turmoil you are experiencing and help you manage your anxieties. The therapy sessions I offer are online, on a weekly basis for individuals, and can be either short-term or long term, for as long as you need.

All of life’s experience is part of our personal developmental challenge, our evolutionary journey. Often is not easy to see how a difficult experience can be helping us grow. Increasing awareness helps us understand and transform our struggles into gifts. The result is increased happiness, love, freedom, and wisdom in our life. The way I practice is by establishing a safe, trusting relationship in which the client feels free to express personal thoughts and emotions. The tools I offer cultivate deep, personal insight and give you the opportunity to integrate the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your being.

Online psychotherapist with an eclectic and inventive approach. Practicing Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I believe that people already have within themselves what they need in order to overcome their struggles. All it takes is a bit of guidance and someone to ask the right questions. My wish for my clients is that they find the inner freedom to live the life that they want. I mostly work with expats, travelers, digital nomads, burners - I can relate to the lifestyle and can appreciate the need for flexibility and rescheduling sessions when necessary, however, anyone is welcome.

"Don't let the concept of change scare you as much as the prospect of remaining unhappy."-Timber Hawkeye. When it comes to therapy, most of the time patients know what their difficulties are, but they don't know how to overcome them or when they know how, it is too hard to make it on their own and they need some support. However, it is hard to reach someone unknown and trust them, telling them very personal information, feeling exposed. I offer a person-centered non-judgmental approach, my aim is understanding how my patients function (instead of what is "normal" or not) and propose alternative strategies to improve their wellbeing

Oppositional Defiance (ODD) Counsellors
All children are oppositional from time to time. But their behaviour can become incessantly and openly uncooperative such that it stands out relative to other children. Oppositional Defiant Disorder (or sometimes referred to as "ODD") tends to be evidenced by frequent temper tantrums, excessive arguing with adults, the questioning of rules, active defiance and refusal to comply with adult requests. You may also see deliberate attempts to annoy or upset people, blaming of others, being touchy or easily annoyed by others, frequent anger and resentment, mean and hateful talking when upset, a spiteful attitude and revenge seeking.

These counsellors can help with oppositional defiance in London or provide counselling for parents handling an oppositional defiant kid in London, oppositional defiant teen or oppositional defiant children in London.
