The type of clients I tend to work with are those who are looking for help around psychosexual (such as vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, etc), anxiety disorders (including OCD/BDD), work-related anxiety, health anxiety (such as cancer, major trauma), work-related anxiety. I also work with clients who have some difficulties with interpersonal relationships and bereavement. My clients' goals are often centred around their values, which we discuss in the first couple of sessions. Often, people come to me because they would like to build a life worth living in line with what is important to them.

Life can be challenging and difficult at times.
Psychotherapy offers a space you can gift yourself — a space to be held, supported, and invited into new possibilities. I provide a safe, open, and thoughtful therapeutic environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what feels important.
Healing and growth often come through relationships in which we feel seen and understood. Difficulties and struggles can point us toward parts of our lives that are calling for attention, though this is not always easy to recognise when we are in the midst of them.

Many of my adult and young clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed with worries, can't sleep, feel stuck, and are very self-critical. You may find yourself feeling stressed, anxious about what others think (social anxiety), having intrusive thoughts (OCD), struggling with your emotions, and not being your authentic self. Together, we can help you understand what’s been holding you back, develop healthier ways of coping and relating, and move towards a life that feels more meaningful, connected and true to who you are.

Are you finding it difficult to cope? Perhaps life's pressures have left you feeling depressed or feeling increasingly stressed and anxious? All too often modern living can leave us with very little space to reflect about our own needs. Our relationships and health can suffer as a result. Psychotherapy can be helpful when emotional suffering becomes too much and at times of crisis when life can feel difficult or unmanageable. I am a qualified and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist, particularly skilled in working with depression, anxiety and difficulties in couple relationships.

As someone who experienced a profound alignment to my artistic path and community in recent years after what felt like a lifetime of painful trial and error, I am particularly invested in helping individuals who wish to self-actualise any frustrated creative potential or uncover a calling. The transpersonal aspect of psychotherapy deals with a spiritual dimension of the human experience (not necessarily one that is religious) and in this capacity I hope to assist with people undergoing spiritual emergency.
