I am best suited to those who want to understand themselves and those around them - or to understand what has happened to them. This inquiry is often prompted by some degree of difficulty; illness, loss, trauma, breakdown etc. but it can equally arise out of a pervading sense of depression, purposelessness or malaise about life. When one has some understanding of oneself and how a situation came about then life becomes much easier to navigate - an adventure even. Every situation, every person, every path, is unique and so every therapy is entirely individual.

This includes those who were diagnosed with ADHD late in life or who recognise that their way of processing the world is different. Many of my clients are people who have been told they have 'so much potential' but have struggled with emotional regulation, executive function, imposter syndrome or a sense of being overwhelmed.
