Essentially, counselling and psychotherapy offers us an opportunity to learn about ourselves. And none more so than when faced with the emotional challenges that are often part of everyday life. At these times we may feel on our own, stuck and unsure of which way to turn. It may also be difficult to find someone we can trust and who will understand, or, in such a busy world, someone who has the time to listen. This is when a counsellor or a psychotherapist can help. I offer a calm, caring, safe, respectful and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

We all face emotional difficulties at some point that stop us from enjoying life as much as we would like. Talking to friends and family can be helpful, but sometimes this isn't possible or doesn't feel enough. Whether you're finding things challenging, or you have a sense that you could be more connected with yourself and others in your life, counselling can offer a unique opportunity to explore whatever is troubling you, and can help by providing you with support and understanding.

I provide an integrative counselling experience. This means I utilise aspects of several models of therapy to suit individual circumstances. It is unrealistic to expect one model of therapy to work for everyone therefore, having access to several models provides an approach that may be tailored to each individual's needs. Therapy should be a collaborative experience where we work together to find the right solutions. In doing so, I hope to find long-term answers for those tired of the 'revolving door' experience of counselling with symptoms being temporarily relieved but continually recurring.

Life is difficult. Do more, be more. Be what others want. I offer a space where we examine where you are in life, what's brought you here, what it's like being you and you in relation to others, and how you're contributing to where you're at. How will we do this? Through our relationship, where I'll offer support, care, empathy and challenge to help you examine life.

I offer confidential therapy sessions in a safe, non judgemental environment. I believe everyone has the right to fulfil their potential so if something or someone is stopping that together we can work through the issue or reasons why you feel stuck. It can be easy to blame others but sometimes we need to look at ourselves to really see what is going on. The only person guaranteed to always be with you is YOU! so why not be the best possible version of yourself.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel disconnected from ourselves and others. But you don’t have to navigate that alone. The therapeutic relationship offers a powerful space for reconnection, reflection and challenge. As an integrative counsellor I pay particular attention to how identity such as gender, culture, ethnicity, sexuality, and neurodiversity shapes our experiences. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe to bring your whole self to therapy. I take a holistic approach to therapy, working with the mind-body-spirit connection to process emotions more fully and support increased self-awareness.

Most people fill this space with a lot of words. I’ll keep it simple. If something in your life is difficult or not working, come and talk to me. We’ll take the time to understand what’s really going on for you. I am a Gestalt therapist working in London and online. Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness, helping you recognise and understand the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions and loss, a sense of disconnection from self or others a desire for deeper self-understanding.

Many of the people I work with arrive feeling like they've been struggling for longer than they should have, caught in cycles of intrusive thoughts and anxiety they can't seem to reason their way out of, or in relationships where the same painful patterns keep resurfacing despite their best efforts. I specialise in OCD & couples therapy, bringing a clear, structured approach to both. For individuals, its evidence-based treatment which targets the mechanics of obsessive thoughts + behaviours. For couples, it means helping you understand the dynamics that are pulling you apart and practising strategies to improve your relationship.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or the challenges and strengths that come with neurodiversity such as ADHD or autism. Even finding the right counsellor can feel like another burden. I work with both individuals and couples, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore whatever is on your mind. For some people, that means ongoing therapy. For others, it’s a single, focused session to talk something through without committing to a longer process. If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for you, I’m happy to talk it through first.
