If you're struggling with difficult emotions, feel flat, stuck in life or overwhelmed, it might be time to reach out. I have worked with people who are looking for support with depression, critical voices, low self-esteem amongst other mental health problems. I offer an empathic, safe space to explore thoughts and feelings and to think about our behaviours and how to change them. As we live life through different types of relationships (romantic, family, colleagues, friends) our sessions together will be based on a relational approach. As problems often arise from relationships they are also healed through relationships.
