I offer a space where your inner world can be gently held and explored, without pressure or judgment. My purpose is to help you reconnect with your strength, soften the pain, and move toward a life that feels more whole, rooted, and truly your own.

I can help you to deal with the following issues: anxiety, addiction, stress, trauma, depression, neurodiversity and sexual issues. Has it become difficult to handle situations you were once able to manage at work? Is making decisions leaving you full of doubt? Psychotherapy, counselling and coaching can help you think and feel through these very personal questions. Taking time to work on what is blocking you can help you to start living in a less fearful and more fulfilling way.

Nobody said it was going to be easy. But there are times when anybody might need some help. Confusion, doubt, sadness, worries. Feelings of loss, grief, anger. Physical pains and illnesses. Behaviours and relationship patterns that we know make things worse but we don't know how to stop. Somehow we grow up with a sense that we should be able to manage all these things alone. There might come a moment when you realise - I can't do this alone anymore. I need someone to listen, to think with me, to help me make some sense of how it has come to this. And to be there as I move forward in a new direction.

My purpose is to guide and facilitate my clients toward an empowered, spiritually connected, and self-directed life. Individuals who are discouraged by, and feel powerless over their impulsivity and compulsions, battle against their own behaviors, emotions, and thoughts, and who have lost their connection to living in joy, are those I feel compassionately called to serve.

Hi, I'm Bella. I'm a qualified relational humanistic psychotherapist, which means my priority is nurturing a genuine, trusting, and safe connection with you. Therapy with me is about creating a space that holds you - real, warm, and human. My work is grounded in values of empathy, attunement, and presence. At its core, I believe the most important thing is that we’re two people meeting and connecting as humans. You’re invited to share your whole self - even the parts you carry shame about. Shame loosens its grip when spoken aloud, so let’s meet what’s been hidden, side by side.

Whether it's about breaking negative patterns, processing trauma, mourning, or a problem with attraction to unfulfilling relationships, the gently routined, contained process of unpacking our luggage in therapy and exploring our inner worlds can be a healing and creatively enriching process. The specific reasons why we seek therapy are as unique as we are, but the underlying drivers are shared by all of us. All of us were born to someone, and we all try to find our way in life to differing degrees of difficulty. In this sense, we find ourselves in distress because we are human and suffer from the human condition.

I integrate parent-based intervention programmes such as NVR and SPACE in my work with families.
I am a relationship-focused therapist working with couples, individuals, and parents. By understanding our attachment style and gaining insight into how we offer and receive connection, we can grow and form meaningful relationships with our beloveds. At the heart of my couples therapy work is IMAGO Relationship therapy. Imago Relationship Therapy helps couples to identify their core needs and triggers and to communicate them to their partner in a non-confrontational and constructive way. I also integrate Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy (RLT).

I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adults in private practice (www.atimeandspace.com) and children and families in NHS practice.
I view therapy as a collaborative project drawing on the skills and knowledge of the people consulting me. I aid this process by integrating evidence-based approaches such as narrative, compassion focused and cognitive-behavioural therapies. If it feels safe to do so, we can incorporate the knowledge and experience that is held in the body, into our work.

My own personal journey through childhood, family divorce, marriage and motherhood along with PTSD and PND initiated my desire to work in the counselling.
When life’s wounds run deep—whether from the weight of anxiety, childhood trauma, PTSD, neuro diversity or depression. Finding the right support can be transformative. If you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, grappling with past experiences, or feeling stuck, I offer a safe, supportive environment where you can begin to unravel your story and uncover the patterns that have shaped you. With both professional expertise and genuine empathy, I work alongside you to identify healthier ways to process your emotions and manage stress, where you can feel understood. Lambeth North/Waterloo and South Kensington Tube stations.
