Many come when something feels stuck: anxiety, relational difficulties, or recurring patterns shaped by trauma, neglect, violence, or experiences of difference. My work is typically longer-term, making space to explore these patterns in depth. Clients are often reflective, and may be engaging questions of identity — race, sexuality, class, ability, or nationality — or navigating relational dynamics in their families or intimate relationships.
