I use a variety of approaches tailored to your needs, including somatic techniques like Brainspotting, psychodynamic work, IFS parts work, and attachment therapy.
My inspiration for this career stems from a desire to connect and communicate with people. This inclination has been a thread throughout my life. Having undertaken Counselling myself I have directly experienced the cathartic and powerful change it brings about. I work with both individuals and couples/relationships. Developing a trusting relationship and being aware of what happens between us is core to effective therapy. I work to understand the situation that you need support with and look at how this is impacting your life. I work with both individuals and couples/relationships, including those seeking focused Couples Therapy.

I work with people using a trauma-informed, integrative approach grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy and Brainspotting.
You may be feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or unsettled by changes in your life. This can include the impact of trauma, migration, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, or questions of identity and direction. Often these experiences show up not only as emotional distress, but also as anxiety, exhaustion, or physical symptoms in the body. You may feel that old ways of coping no longer work, while new ones have not yet emerged. In such moments, there is often a quiet need for understanding, support, and a place to pause and reconnect with yourself.

I work with adults and couples who are struggling emotionally, whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or the experience of living with ADHD or Autism. Many of the people I see feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what is really wrong. My role is to offer a compassionate space where we can explore those questions together. I am a dual-qualified Psychotherapist and Executive Coach, a Neuroscientist and Neurodiversity Researcher (ADHD) at King’s College London. I specialise in Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Trauma, Self-Esteem, and Relationships, with couples work forming a key part of my ADHD/ASD practice.

I am a clinical and counselling psychologist and a psychoanalyst with more than 23 years of experience. As such, I help my clients to unknot their psychological and moral difficulties by using their own reflection and inner resources. My sessions provide a safe space in which I help my clients to address and unfold the problems which lead them to seek help. This is an opportunity to clarify the origin of the problems and to decipher the difficulties my clients are currently facing. I work with my clients on universal topics such as identity, sexuality, work, family dynamics, parenthood, relationships and so on.

I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and CFT, alongside body-focused methods like EMDR and Brainspotting to address trauma and stress on a deeper, physiological level.
Well into the 21st century, life is faster and, in many ways, “easier”—the world is a click away. Yet, expectations have multiplied. We’re supposed to be efficient, confident, independent, yet also connected, relaxed, and free. These contradictions can leave us feeling tense, confused, or dissatisfied, making it challenging to navigate life’s uncertainties. Amid this, we juggle relationships, family, work, and friendships—sometimes to the point where the struggle feels overwhelming. Challenges may manifest as anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, or simply a sense of exhaustion, burnout, or feeling lost.

Hello and welcome. I’m here to help you find the inner strengths you need to unblock what’s troubling you and move on with your life. My clients tell me I’m warm, kind and insightful – which is good, because my main aim is to offer a safe, welcoming place where you feel willing and able to consider making changes. Most of us aren’t used to reaching out for professional support. We’re brought up to think asking for help can be a sign of weakness. But whatever you’re facing, working together with a professional therapist can let you see a way forward.

I use EMDR, Brainspotting, Compassionate Inquiry, embodiment, movement and integrative therapy.
Hi, it’s nice to meet you. My name is Pavan. I’m based in London and work online with clients across Europe. I work with individuals tired of pretending they’re fine: thoughtful, capable and outwardly together, yet anxious, burnt out or quietly lost. I offer a deeper, non-clinical space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. Shaped by both training and my own therapy, I work gently and honestly. I’m drawn to sensitive, intuitive people who learned to survive by being strong or accommodating. Therapy becomes the place you get to soften and be seen.

When helpful, I integrate Brainspotting, a gentle body-based approach that allows us to work at depth without needing to relive or retell experiences before yo
My ideal clients are adults and young adults who are living with the effects of early trauma, emotionally unsafe relationships, loss, or long-standing patterns of shame and anxiety. Many are thoughtful, self-aware, and may have had therapy before, yet still feel stuck or disconnected. They are seeking depth, emotional safety, and a space where they don’t have to rush, explain, or perform, and where change can happen at a pace that feels manageable.

Hello, I am a Licensed Psychologist who works with individuals both via telehealth and in my consulting room at Eaton Gate. While I work with a wide range of issues, I have special expertise in the treatment of eating difficulties and body image concerns, as well as in working with people who have experienced trauma, often early on in life, and who may struggle with their sense of self, with managing intense emotions and in their relationships with others. Therapy can be a life-changing experience, and people start therapy for a variety of reasons.

I’m a therapist specialising in confidence, social anxiety (including public speaking anxiety) and visibility. I work with thoughtful clients who look accomplished on the outside — but behind the scenes, anxiety is calling the shots. That anxiety might show up before big meetings. In group settings where you feel on display. Or in those quiet moments of overthinking, second-guessing, and wondering, “Am I really good enough to be here?” Many of my clients are professionals, creatives or entrepreneurs. They’ve learned how to perform confidence — but it still feels effortful, and often exhausting, and doesn't eliminate anxiety.

Have you ever considered therapy intensives/retreats? You may be exhausted from trying to cope, repeating the same patterns, or feeling like nothing you try brings real relief. You want to feel like yourself again — calmer, clearer, more connected — and you’re craving a therapy experience that actually moves things forward. Whether you’re carrying trauma, anxiety, heartbreak, burnout, or relationship pain, you’re looking for something deeper and more transformative than “just talking.” You want lasting change, not more waiting.

The fact that we are alive, proves we are resilient and creative enough in our attempts to face life’s challenges. At times our experience may become overwhelming or too painful to adapt to, or the adaptation may come with great consequences. The long-term effects of this may lead to anxiety, low mood or lack of confidence. When stress keeps us in its grip for too long, some health problems or physical pain / psychosomatic symptoms may develop as a consequence. You may be feeling that you cannot live fully or express yourself, as if there was a block or a barrier between you and life, you and others, or you and your core self.

Brainspotting Counsellors

How does brainspotting work?

Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.

Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?

Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.

How effective is brainspotting?

Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.

How long does brainspotting take to work?

A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
