Welcome and thank you for your visit. It is quite common for the people I work with to not be entirely sure what is troubling them, but they do sense something is amiss and are looking for a more fulfilling, meaningful life. Still, they are eager for change, even though it brings a bit of fear. Perhaps you can relate in some way to this. Since 2010 I have been assisting individuals work through various circumstances, even those in demanding fields like high-performance sports.

The people I work with often present with anxiety and depressive disorders. They experience negative thoughts as very adhesive and engage in repetitive worry and depressive rumination that seems hard to control. They often focus intensely on their thoughts and symptoms and have reduced their activities, avoided situations, or otherwise modified their behaviour to manage their experiences. Previous therapy may not have helped. They want to gain a better understanding of their problems and the reasons they persist and receive clear guidance on how to target these factors with brief, focused, evidence-based therapy.

Navigating life and relationships is not always straightforward; sometimes it’s confusing, sometimes it’s difficult and sometimes it’s overwhelming. And even when we're surrounded by other people, we can still feel lonely. As a fully qualified, UKCP Accredited psychotherapist, I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore the challenges you may be facing with compassion and curiosity. As we begin to make sense of our emotions, behaviours, thoughts and our relationships to others, we can start to make more informed choices. This process can help bring about change, promotes balance and encourages autonomy.

I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can begin to explore what feels difficult and may be keeping you feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. You may be feeling anxious or puzzled that relationships are not working as well as you would like. Together we can begin to understand how past experiences may still be influencing how you relate to yourself and others. Perhaps you are looking for help at a time of crisis or just feel things don't feel right but can't work out what is stopping you from feeling happy and fulfilled? By becoming more self-aware in therapy we can start to cast off unhelpful ways of thinking and being.

I work with a wide range of clients, however, most clients reach out to me when they are looking to work around relationships, low mood or anxiety, and difficulties in adjusting to change. Overall, my aim is to help my clients gain insight into their struggles and find different ways of thinking, behaving, and feeling about life and their circumstances. Change can sometimes be a painful and intimidating process, but working with someone willing to walk alongside you and help you develop the skills to manage the process can certainly make the therapeutic journey a pleasant and enjoyable one.

You have already made a brave and important step on the journey to well-being and self-discovery, by enquiring about having therapy. As a Clinical Psychologist, I am passionate about helping people to realise the values, knowledge, and skills that they already hold, and how the awareness of this can enable them to live full, vibrant and satisfying lives. I believe that it is important to learn skills to help people cope with the present and the future, as well as making sense of past experiences to understand patterns that are happening in your life currently.

Hello, I'm a clinical psychologist specialising in working with adults, children, young people and their families. I have 13+ years experience working in the NHS across a number of services including with adults, looked-after children and for a young people's drug and alcohol service. I also have experience working with parents over the perinatal period, with mothers and babies, and parents and toddlers. Experience has taught me that the most important factor in successful therapy is the relationship between therapist and client; therefore, I strive to provide a warm, accepting, engaging space for young people and parents alike.

I offer in-person and remote therapy. I have over 15 years of experience working in mental health and in supporting people to identify, better understand and work through any challenges they may be experiencing in their lives or feeling stuck with. Therapy is often about exploring different perspectives and developing the skills and tools we need to help navigate life’s challenges to allow us to move forward. I am flexible and collaborative in my approach to therapy because, in my experience, therapy is most helpful to people when it is tailored to their specific needs and the hopes they may have for the process.

My path to becoming a psychotherapist and Jungian analyst has not been a straight line but a winding, often painful journey through the depths of my own suffering. Before I ever sat with another person in the therapist’s chair, I spent years confronting my struggles with mental illness—particularly addiction and eating disorders. These experiences weren’t just difficult chapters in my life; they were initiations into the world of the psyche, and they have profoundly shaped how I practice, how I listen, and how I hold space for others.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure where to turn, especially if life has thrown more at you than feels manageable. Many of the people I work with have spent years putting on a brave face, coping alone, or feeling misunderstood. You might be struggling with relationships, self-esteem, work stress, or the emotional impact of long-term health issues or past trauma. Whatever you’re facing, therapy can help you make sense of things, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Have you ever considered therapy intensives/retreats? You may be exhausted from trying to cope, repeating the same patterns, or feeling like nothing you try brings real relief. You want to feel like yourself again — calmer, clearer, more connected — and you’re craving a therapy experience that actually moves things forward. Whether you’re carrying trauma, anxiety, heartbreak, burnout, or relationship pain, you’re looking for something deeper and more transformative than “just talking.” You want lasting change, not more waiting.
