For people who are facing depression, anxiety or struggling with ASD/ADHD or other mental health issues could be very lonely, the society still have stigma for that.
I completed my undergraduate degree in the UK before returning to Hong Kong for further studies. I then obtained my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in the United States. Three years ago, I relocated to the UK to continue my practice as a therapist. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore solutions or gain new perspectives. I am committed to supporting and encouraging my clients as they navigate their challenges, empowering them when they need it most.

Being neurodivergent myself, I've been drawn to work with autism, ADHD and other neurotypes, as well as the gender, sexuality, kink, and relationship diversity (polyamory/non-monogamy) community, including sex workers.
I believe that every person has the inner wisdom and potential to create a fulfilling life for themselves. However, at some point, most of us will find that we need external perspective and a space to explore issues that might make us feel stuck or hopeless.
To me, counselling is a collaborative and creative relational process, and my role within it is to help people find their own personal power and joy, no matter their circumstances.
I'm an energetic practitioner who will laugh and get excited with you, but also respect your rhythm and create space for grief, pain and stuckness, for as long as it's needed.

If you’re neurodivergent—or wondering—you deserve support that understands how your brain actually works.
Person-centred counselling offers something rare: genuine acceptance, not analysis or fixing. You lead—you know yourself best, even if that doesn’t feel true just yet. Being genuinely understood, perhaps for the first time, enables profound change. Self-criticism softens. Your own wisdom is allowed to emerge. You may even discover that who you are is enough!

My clients are thoughtful individuals who value depth and reflection. Many have lived through trauma, loss, or periods of profound transition, and now seek not quick solutions but sustained psychological work. They are drawn to therapy as an ongoing investment in awareness, relationship, and inner freedom — a confidential space to explore complexity, rediscover meaning, and live with greater authenticity and emotional depth. This is a process for those who wish to engage seriously with themselves and create lasting transformation at the deepest levels of experience, where real change becomes possible.

I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those who self-identify as neurodivergent or feel a strong connection to neurodiversity.
Sometimes it’s hard to talk openly with friends or family, and you may feel trapped in your thoughts or emotions. I offer a safe, confidential space where we can explore what’s going on for you, help you make sense of your experience, and find new ways to understand and move forward.
I’m an integrative therapist, drawing from both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. This means we’ll work together at your pace, exploring your present challenges while also considering how past experiences may be influencing your current patterns.

My specialties include neurodiversity ( autism and ADHD), sexual and gender diversity, HIV and cross-cultural psychology.
Experiencing difficult emotions in face of life challenges or crisis are often considered as “problems” that make us feel vulnerable, powerless or shameful. Although these "problems" are often natural human experiences, we sometimes struggle with the critical inner voice and have little compassion towards self. Psychotherapy is neither a quick fix of your psychological wounds nor a direct path to happiness. It's a process where you can start connecting with yourself and make sense of your own narrative in a safe and respectful space. The process of relating to a genuine human being itself could be the start of your healing journey.
