I offer a neurodiversity-affirming space for adults who are Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, gifted, or "wired differently"—including those discovering their identity, masking, or facing burnout.
Welcome! I’m a BACP-registered counsellor offering integrative, holistic, and neurodiversity-affirming therapy with a deep commitment to honouring diversity and intersectionality in all its forms. My practice is anti-oppressive and inclusive, providing a space where every identity, culture, mind, and story is welcomed and valued. I believe every person’s present and past experiences, as well as their environment, shape their journey in unique and meaningful ways.

I have trained in existential psychotherapy, and I apply this in my work with clients. The starting point is the experience of the client, to provide the opportunity for them to examine their understanding of life, and the problems and dilemmas they face; to reassess their goals and desires. It provides an opportunity to consider how their choices have been constrained, perhaps by the views and expectations of others, but also by constraints rooted in our society. Understanding can lead to questioning, and growth, possibly in new directions.

You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are or where you're headed. Maybe you're going through a difficult time or searching for a deeper sense of meaning. Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe that through compassionate, thoughtful counselling, you can come to better understand yourself — and in that understanding, find acceptance and confidence. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your sense of self, reflect on past experiences, and move toward a future that feels more true to who you are.

I know living with Autism and ADHD is tiring.
Always anxious, feeling low and only ever imagining what a different life can look like? Are you tired of repeating the same patterns in life and ready for change? Continuously feeling misunderstood by others and sometimes even yourself? Do you often wonder who you are and what you really want in life? Our life experiences can make us feel like there is always something to worry about, we often worry about a yesterday we will never get back and a tomorrow that is not promised. We can work together to find happiness in the present. Therapy can be a daunting place, and everyone has their views on how it may help.

You may be dealing with ADHD or autism, whether diagnosed, self-identified or questioning.
Clients often say they value my warm, attuned and straightforward way of working. This is not distant cold therapy. It is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together we explore what sits underneath the overwhelm and anger, what your nervous system needs to feel safer, the parts of you that learned to mask and how to build an authentic life.
