I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adults in private practice (www.atimeandspace.com) and children and families in NHS practice. I support people to navigate a broad range of problems such as low mood, anxiety, burnout and stress, bereavement, loss, life transitions, fertility issues, parenting challenges, the effects of traumatic experiences, living with health conditions and new diagnoses, difficulty making decisions or feeling without a sense of purpose in life. I support people to feel they are living in a way that fits with their values and to depart from ways of being that no longer suit them.

You may be feeling worried, down, stressed, fed up, conflicted, confused, or simply wishing for change. It may feel difficult to manage life and you may have no idea why, or you might have some ideas. Perhaps you’ve had difficult experiences during childhood, adolescence or adulthood. Perhaps the thought of talking to someone feels a bit scary but better than keeping everything bottled up. You may wish to improve your relationship or relationships in general. Perhaps things happen in your life and you don’t understand why, or how. You might find that you’re drawn to distractions like the internet, or overspending.

Hello and Welcome, Life can indeed be difficult at times. Many are struggling with mental health in ways that are no longer manageable. Our past and present hurts, our unprocessed feelings can rise to the surface. We find ourselves thinking, feeling and acting in ways that do not reflect who we want to be. Some of us have Grief, Trauma or Addiction that we just can’t seem to work through. As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist with a PHD(Hon), Master Degree and EMDR(Accredited), I've seen thousands come through my door, with various presenting issues and undergo genuine transformation, healing and leave with hope for the future.

You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. In our work together, we’ll take time to explore how these feelings show up for you, where they come from, and how they may have developed through past relationships and experiences. I’m particularly interested in how wider social pressures, including expectations around identity, gender, sexuality, and success, can shape how we relate to ourselves, especially for LGBTQ+ clients.

It's entirely reasonable for us all, at some point, to be anxious and confused by life, challenged by relationships, family life and or the direction of our career. Life can be difficult, there's no denying that, you just don't have to suffer in silence. Really, the only qualification in seeking therapy is to be a normal human being. I could go on 'selling' the benefits, but ultimately I assure you, if you try, things will change, and quite possibly for the better.

Working in the NHS and privately, I’ve spent many hours with people who struggle with problems that distress them. Some have suffered from an enduring sense of flatness or emptiness in their lives, while others struggle with states of heightened anxiety. Some seek help due to recurring problems in their relationships: issues with sex and intimacy, or low self-esteem, or anger, or anxiety. Many are troubled by aspects of the past that remain unresolved. By speaking in confidence to an experienced listener, we can address things we may have preferred not to talk about, or even think about, but which weighed on our minds all the same.

Hi, I'm Lauran an Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Emotional and Mental Wellness Therapist, Healer & Teacher. We exist with quiet confidence & inner knowing when our interiority is in alignment with our external lives.  My background in western Psychology has given me an amazing understanding of the diagnostic process, however, I believe true healing comes from looking at our emotional and mental lives and exploring deeply and insightfully the things that keep us emotionally regulated. I am strongly influenced by Jungian and existential schools. I work from Marylebone (W1) and Queens Park London (NW6) London.

My name is Hannah and I offer a kind, safe, highly specialised space for couples therapy and individual clients. Lots of my clients struggle with low mood, anxiety, relationships, self esteem and exploring and understanding these is the key to change. My couples are often stuck having the the same types of arguments, trapped in cycles causing distress and a breakdown in the relationship. The aim of my work is to help you explore, understand and break the patterns making you unhappy. I want you to move on from therapy feeling empowered - with new understanding, resilience and better skills to manage what has so far been difficult.

Many of the people I work with appear to be coping on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, exhausted, low, or stuck on the inside. You may find yourself overthinking, feeling constantly on edge, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself and the life you want to be living.

As an online therapist, I work with adults who may be feeling anxious, low or emotionally overwhelmed, perhaps carrying the impact of trauma, difficult family dynamics, relationship strain or identity struggles. You might appear capable and high-functioning on the outside yet feel stuck, disconnected or exhausted within. Maybe you are navigating grief, cultural conflict, boarding school experiences, a health diagnosis or a significant life transition. You want clarity, emotional relief and a stronger sense of self, but are unsure where to begin or how to move forward.
