I have worked with people from different backgrounds suffering from anxieties and feelings of despair and depression. Self criticism and criticism towards others may lead to isolation and low self esteem. People may not understand their feelings or why similar patterns in relationships occur. Grief from a loss, such as a bereavement, may too elicit a wide range of difficult feelings making it hard to cope. Whilst the facts of the past cannot be changed your story can become updated in therapy, and help un-addressed difficulties feel more manageable. Consequently, therapy can be a catalyst for growth and healing.

I offer in-person sessions in Southwest and Central London, all easily accessible by public transport, as well as online therapy.
Many of the people I work with seek therapy because they’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, even while appearing to cope well on the surface. They’re often thoughtful, capable adults navigating burnout, perfectionism, low self-confidence, or relationship difficulties.
Some come to therapy after a recent diagnosis such as ADHD, while others are simply recognising long-standing struggles with anxiety or emotional regulation. These are just a few of the issues I work with, though many clients experience a mix of challenges. We will focus on what feels meaningful for you to address.

Looking for a therapist can be a stressful thing to do. How will it be?What should I say? What if nothing changes? These are all natural worries to have and if you want we can work through these together. It might be anxiety and difficulty to enjoy your every-day life that brought you here. Or you might feel stuck and lost, not finding meaning in things. It might be that you are going through life-transitions related to your age, your identity, your health, your relationship or marriage, parenthood, your career, moving to a different country. It might be that you are grieving and feeling that you lost yourself and the world you knew.

It's ironic that a large part of psychotherapeutic work is around trying to convince people that their perceived 'abnormal' feelings and behaviours are a completely 'normal' reaction to a set of, often very difficult life circumstances. For instance, why wouldn't someone have a generalised feeling of persistent anxiety and low mood, when they have to live in what seems like a crazy and confusing world? We can work toward a more accepting and benevolent view of ourselves, exploring who you truly are and where you might truly want to go in life, without the harsh inner voices of the past.

Feel stuck? Like you’re going through the motions but something’s off?
Maybe you’ve hit a wall in your relationship. Maybe you keep falling into the same cycles—numbing out, losing your temper, pulling away when things get tough. Or maybe you’ve built a life that looks good on paper but still feel like something’s missing.
Most people don’t talk about this stuff. Instead, they grind through it alone, pushing down what they really feel, hoping it’ll sort itself out.
But here’s the truth: what you ignore doesn’t disappear—it just controls you from the background.
