Many difficulties people bring to therapy don’t stem from conscious thought, but from how past experience lives on in the mind and body. Early or overwhelming experiences, along with beliefs shaped by social and cultural conditioning, can form patterns of reactivity and ways of behaving that operate outside awareness. Yet these patterns show up here and now, where they can be met, explored, and responded to differently. In therapy, we work with this living process so new understanding, choice, and more integrated change across safety, belonging, authenticity, value, freedom, and meaning can emerge, not just cognitive insight.

Life is difficult. Internal and external pressures are making you feel more anxious, overwhelmed or in a low mood. You would like to better understand yourself and change the habits that are keeping you stuck, learn to better manage work and relationships stress, and ultimately make conscious choices to build the life you want. You don’t have to be alone on your journey to better mental wellbeing.

I am a sex and relationship therapist offering sessions in London (Peckham & London Fields) and Leigh on Sea, Essex. I work with individuals, new or long-term couples, and multi-partnered relationships. I support clients who are struggling with sex and/or relationships to find more connection, pleasure, understanding and ease. I also recognise that intimacy, sex and relationships can hold pain, shame, trauma, numbness, confusion and it can feel hard to approach this alone. I believe therapy offers a safe container to explore these experiences at your pace, with care and curiosity, and I aim to offer this in my practice.

Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. I’m an Integrative Intersectional Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in Advanced Training, with a strong belief in the power of human connection and each person’s capacity for change. At the heart of my work sits intersectionality — an understanding that our experiences are shaped by the many parts of who we are, such as our culture, race, gender, sexuality, class, and life experiences. I hold this awareness at the core of my practice, offering a space where all aspects of your identity are acknowledged, respected, and safe to explore.

Online psychotherapist with an eclectic and inventive approach. Practicing Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Neurodiversity affirming. I believe that people already have within themselves what they need to overcome their struggles. All it takes is a bit of guidance. My wish for my clients is that they find the inner freedom to live the life that they want. I mostly work with expats, travelers, digital nomads, burners - I can relate to the lifestyle and can appreciate the need for flexibility and rescheduling sessions when necessary, however, anyone is welcome.
