At certain times, we all struggle to understand who we are, what we need or want, who our true friends and allies are. We may struggle to connect to others - to be intimate or to be fully present. We may wonder about what is going on in our body and mind, why we can’t find clarity and peace. While some issues we face are existential and universal, some are more of our own making or resulting from our particular conditioning. Therapy can help us to distinguish between the (sometimes hard) truths that need to be accepted and the distorted beliefs that need to be challenged.

Hello! If you are reading this page, something in your emotional experience needs to be attended to, and I want to acknowledge that taking the first step toward seeking help can be challenging. You may be experiencing emotional pain. You may feel stuck, with no words for it, no way to understand it. You may feel alienated from yourself, those around you and the world. Psychological challenges are common and can affect anyone at any stage of life. I welcome enquiries, and if you would like to have a discussion regarding the possibility of working together, please contact me by email and I would be happy to arrange a call with you.

My ideal client is an Italian adult or young adult living in London or the UK, struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or past trauma. They seek a safe, non-judgmental space where they can express themselves and feel understood. Their goal is to regain balance, build confidence, and develop healthier coping strategies. They want to improve self-esteem, manage life transitions, and create more fulfilling relationships, ultimately achieving greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

I am an experienced Psychodynamic psychotherapist and EMDR therapist working in private practice in London Bridge and Weybridge and have years of experience working in NHS. Psychological problems are common and may affect anyone at any point in their lives. Some are short lived and are linked to a single traumatic event and respond well to brief focused psychotherapy such as EMDR; others may be linked to early relational problems and respond better to longer term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Perhaps you work hard and you’re close to burning out. Or you’ve been living for others, not thinking of yourself. Maybe you carry pain, exhaustion, or anxiety that seem connected to your life story. Or you’re self-sabotaging. We all have a relational ‘operating system’ that shapes how we are in the world. It can seem hard-wired, but we can change. In therapy we can open it up and have a look, understanding old connections and rewiring for new possibilities. Moving beyond whatever’s brought you here. This is the work I love to do. Please get in touch: I'd love to hear more about what’s going on, and see whether I can help.

I originally trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in the 1980's and then worked as an actor for many years: over the last 22+ years my life started to take a different turn and I now enjoy working as a counsellor with individual clients. As an Integrative Transpersonal Counsellor I draw together different approaches whilst offering therapy with soul - looking beyond the immediate problem, or symptom to work in ways that honour each client's deeper journey. For me therapy has meant a chance to revisit old stories and beliefs whilst gaining fresh insights and understandings.

I offer a safe, welcoming and supportive space to people who are facing difficulty in their lives. Some clients come to see me because of anxiety and stress, or are struggling with a lack of confidence and low self-esteem. Others come to therapy with relationship issues, such as, workplace challenges, loneliness, breakups, or loss. Sometimes, people come for personal development, feeling lost, stuck, or powerless. Working through challenges alone is difficult. Together we can help you manage how you feel, develop your inner resources, and explore the choices you have. Our time together is confidential and we work at your own pace.

My name is Yingli Wang. I am a self-esteem counselling specialist and a mother-daughter relationship connoisseur. In my self-esteem counselling, I help women overcome low self-esteem and self-worth issues, and transform “Not-Good-Enough-Syndrome” into your innate strength and resilience. I also work with relationship and family issues, which are often rooted in unresolved childhood trauma and unconscious relational pattern. In additional to counselling, I am a certified Mother-Daughter Relationship Therapist & Coach. I help women free up from mother wound and associated mother-daughter pain, so these women can forget a new path.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I have many years of experience working with a diverse range of people and whatever they choose to bring to their therapy. Are you feeling like it's time to change the things that feel unhelpful and hinder your enjoyment of daily life? Working together, we can look at the past and the events in it which now inform your present. I work collaboratively, led by you, with warmth and an open attitude. I believe in helping you feel seen and heard - really listened to, perhaps in way you have not previously experienced.

We all encounter challenges during our lives and it can be difficult to ask for help but in reaching out we show strength - it takes courage to be vulnerable, open up and acknowledge we need support. I specialise in working with low self esteem, transforming deep-rooted issues, anxiety, depression and feelings of being stuck - whether it be in your relationship, in your job, or life in general. I have been working on an individual basis with clients both short and long term since 2015. Counselling can allow you to gain inner clarity and strength as well as help you to live a more meaningful life.

At some point, most of us may come to feel anxious, low, overwhelmed or simply stuck. Perhaps life events have left you feel lost, confused, or distressed. Each person who enters therapy has a unique story, a unique combination of experiences and circumstances. We all have different strengths and concerns. The starting point is to come as we are. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or would like to explore your existence in a broader sense, therapy can be an opportunity to create space in your life to consider where you are now, and where you would like to go from here.

Warm welcome to my profile. My name is Rhys and I am an Integrative therapist and supervisor, helping people find their path to mental health and well-being for over 10 years. My approach is all about working together authentically and collaboratively with my clients, listening to their unique and wonderful stories, and finding solutions that work for them. It's not easy reaching out for help and the fact that you are here I can only imagine has taken you a lot of bravery to show up here which is commendable. I offer a safe space to allow clients the opportunity to explore and reflect deeply in a non-judgemental environment.

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Feeling safe and understood can allow you to share your difficulties. Through the assessment process, we can develop a shared understanding of what has contributed to your feeling this way and your desired goals for therapy. We can then start to identify and establish new ways of coping in line with your values. I have experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and difficulties.

Clicking through profiles can feel bewildering, especially when something is wrong and you're suffering. After all we rarely seek therapy for the sake if it. You’ve likely been struggling for a while, living with an uncomfortable feeling but something has now tipped the scale. Meaningful therapy has a purpose. It’s aim is to relieve you of your pain. So, finding a relationship where you feel trusting enough to speak freely, can be transformative. To experience yourself connected and in deep conversation, expressing feelings you might otherwise avoid sharing. Feelings that have been silenced, ignored, minimised or negated.

Currently mainly online as Face to Face availability is very limited . You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck; either in your relationships or within yourself. Maybe you’re struggling with low confidence, caught in repeating patterns, or questioning where you belong. You might feel alone, even when you are surrounded. These emotional struggles often have roots in childhood, past relationships, or the pressures you’re facing now. They can shape how you see yourself, how you connect with others, and how you respond to stress or change.

Starting therapy is the first step in getting to know yourself a bit more so the changes you wish in your life can take place. There can be many reasons why you might be seeking therapy: from either a particular event or a long-standing difficulty or because you are interested in your personal growth. In any case, I strive to provide you with a safe and confidential space where your concerns can be explored at your own pace. I aim to help you discover, with compassion, more about yourself and foster your growth of self-awareness and authenticity so positive choices can be made.
