I like helping people resolve trauma & also helping people with anxiety such as health concerns. I am also skilled in helping people experiencing depression and low self-esteem. CBT has much evidence to support it being effective in treating common mental health issues by unlocking unhelpful thoughts and unhelpful behaviours which keep people stuck. We would work together to help you achieve your goals. I find that approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) alongside CBT combined are often more effective and therapy needs to be at your pace to be successful.
