Maybe you appear calm or ‘fine’ to others, but internally you’re feeling stressed and tired. Maybe anxiety gets in the way of what you want or need to do - this may look like procrastinating, struggling to say ‘no’ or what you really mean, or finding it difficult to make decisions because you worry you won’t do things the ‘right’ way.
