I work with executives, business partners and couples who want a place where we can make sense of what is going on and make meaningful changes in their work and relationships. I have a background as a senior leader and executive coach in the City and work regularly with senior professionals, executives, business partners and couples who are often high-functioning but find themselves dealing with something that their usual approach cannot solve.

I have special interest in anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low self esteem, low confidence, identity, men’s issues, work related issues, career and life change.
If you are here, maybe you are feeling stuck, stressed, or disillusioned with work or life in general, or maybe something happened like redundancy, divorce, illness, or the passing of a loved one, that affects your life and causes emotional pain. It can feel like things will never change and it becomes a struggle to navigate life.

It can also lead to self-discovery and self-awareness to live a more fulfilling life and to have more meaningful relationships.
I work in a collaborative way with every person to meet them at their point in their life’s journey. ‘Together we explore’ what you are experiencing – how you feel, what you think, what you think others’ expectations are of who you are, what your attitudes are and how your values may be challenged.

I support survivors of domestic violence / Intimate partner violence, to understand and process the emotional and psychological symptoms so that you live your life feeling safe in your own skin, gain peace and joy in everyday moments and trust yourself and others again.
If you struggle with parental mental health, domestic violence and abuse (DVA), intimate partner violence (IPV), and bereavement, I can help you navigate these experiences. Traumatic events can have far-reaching effects. I want you to know that what you feel is a natural response to what you’ve experienced. It’s not a reflection of who you are.

I create a warm, safe, supportive (yet sometimes challenging) place to help you navigate through the complexities and messiness of your relationships and work- life.
I am a London-based UKCP and BACP accredited Integrative fully qualified Psychotherapist. I am also a trained coach so weave these two skills into my practice. I specialise in relationships – the most critical being the relationship we have with ourselves, but also our partner, siblings, parents, our children, friends and work colleagues. I also specialise in helping people in highly demanding jobs. I used to work in corporate consultancy and so know first-hand the stresses of such an unforgiving career. Thus, I am more likely to ‘get’ the struggles of what it is like in your role.

By this I mean that I subscribe to the idea of an unconscious and believe events and attitudes from early life can impact on our lives today.
Yet I also know, as a long-time meditator, that paying attention in a non-judgemental fashion enables previously unbearable experiences to be borne and new possibilities discovered. I provide a safe space in which these experiences can be explored. I also worked for many years in NHS hospitals and understand the challenges of working in large organisations

Life is difficult.
I've worked with people in both private practice, a charity setting and the NHS. This range of experiences has seen me work with people who are suicidal and have been labelled in a variety of ways - ultimately all of them have been looking for a greater understanding of life.

I provide an open, warm and confidential space which enables clients to explore issues, which may have been difficult to deal with alone. I view therapy as an individual process and a journey of self discovery that create an opportunity to become aware of inner conflicts and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. I recognise that there is not one approach to therapy that will suit everyone. Hence, I incorporate integrative approach that means I can adapt therapy to each client and their individual needs. I can offer help and have worked with people struggling with a range of conditions including depression, anxiety or adjustment.

If fear and guilt are ruling your life, you're feeling stuck, angry or resentful and spend your time putting other peoples' needs ahead of your own, it might be time for a change.
Compassion and collaboration are at the heart of my approach as is our relationship. I work in a trauma-informed and creative way. This might involve working together with dreams and images or focusing on awareness of your body in the present moment as a way to uncover stored memories and learn to be with unpleasant feelings such as anxiety or sadness.

I believe we all have the capacity to change, no matter what the circumstances, life stages and experience.
If you are looking for a specialist therapist who can help you with issues related to intimacy, sex and relationships then you have come to the right place. I know it can be difficult opening up about issues related to sex, sexuality and sexual function and the impact this can have on you and your relationships. I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with extensive experience working in the NHS and Private Practice. Difficulties with intimacy can be caused by many different factors that may overlap. Together we can work holistically to help you gain greater understanding and give you strategies to make positive changes.

Life Coaching Counsellors
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
