I have had a varied career in business development and marketing for 20+ years, living on different continents and collecting many life experiences. I have lived in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia.

Perhaps they have experienced loss, or are facing grief - for a loved one, for a time, even for themselves (that feeling of who you really are in your own life). They might be struggling with a situation that feels difficult, even overwhelming, (anything from a relationship or a work problem, to an inner understanding of their own sexual or gender identity). They might wake each day to a feeling of anxiety or dread, drained of energy and facing depression.

My master's degree in Clinical and Health psychology helped me to dive into the psychological treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral illnesses such as alcoholism, eating disorders, or depression. Thanks to a year-long experience in Canada, I also combine the clinical aspect with the cultural to provide a multifaceted approach where both cognitive, relational, and cultural aspects can be take into account.
