I work and contribute to teaching at a World-leading Mental Health Trust in London delivering effective, research-adherent, and compassionate therapy. I also tutor therapists on King's College London's CBT for Young People programme. I hold a special interest in Health Psychology to assist you or a family member cope with upsetting diagnoses such as Cancer, IBS, diabetes, etc. In addition to providing high quality CBT I use EMDR therapy. It's an in-demand and highly effective psychological method that helps problems stemming from trauma and difficult memories.
