Together, we can work on making sense of what you are going through and find better ways of coping, being and relating. You may feel anxious or depressed or perhaps you find maintaining relationships difficult — or it may be something else altogether. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, work-related problems, relationship difficulties and questions around identity. I also have experience working with bereavement, adolescent death and existential questions about life, death and meaning. I have an interest in working with the impact of significant illness, from cancer to long Covid.

You might be living with anxiety that follows you everywhere, or a low confidence that holds you back even when you know you're capable. Perhaps you've recently received an ADHD diagnosis, or suspect you might be neurodivergent and you're finally making sense of a lifetime of feeling different, exhausted, or not quite enough. Whatever brings you here, one thing is likely true: you are far kinder to everyone around you than you are to yourself.

Not accepting new clients
Current not taking on new clients——- My work is shaped by my lived experience as a carer and my intersecting identities as a neurodivergent person of colour, alongside over a decade in health, education, and community settings. I support children, young people, and adults with phobias, anxiety, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, OCD, dyslexia), trauma, and race-related experiences. I am experienced and trained in autism, cognitive and ADHD assessments. I offer a compassionate, flexible, and affirming space to help you make sense of your experiences, build a positive sense of identity, and find direction.
