Welcome to my existential psychotherapy practice, a space for authentic conversation, thoughtful reflection, expanded awareness, and meaningful transformation. In therapy with me you'll have a chance to slow down and become curious about the life you are actually living, not only the story you tell about it. We can look together at what hurts, what keeps repeating, what you long for, what you avoid, and what may no longer feel true. Our work is existential, embodied, and relational. We explore not only what has happened to you, but how it lives on in your relationships, choices, body, fears, desires, and even between us.

The loss avoidance game becomes a finite cycle, where the pursuit of pleasure "always" wins. I am an HCPC-registered psychologist, CBT psychotherapist, supervisor, and author. My goal is to help you build a strong foundation and develop the skills needed to keep life within reach. Providing CBT interventions, including third-wave approaches: ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy. Certified in clinical, counselling, health, and occupational psychology. Progress requires change, rehearsing new ways of thinking or applying a range of strategies that support your development safely. The result: a genuine approach for a better way forward.

I have over 15 years experience in providing psychotherapy for problems including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic, phobias and problems related to autism. Although I primarily use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in my work, I also draw on a variety of other therapy approaches so that I can tailor my therapy to your individual needs. I work privately with individuals and couples and I am also experienced at working with children from the age of 13 years.

Do you feel anxious, low or hard on yourself? Perhaps you fear rejection, feel lonely or disconnected, find yourself drawn to unavailable partners, or keep repeating patterns you understand but cannot change. You may struggle to know what you feel, trust others, set boundaries or make decisions. These difficulties can follow childhood trauma or emotional neglect, bullying, bereavement or discrimination. They can also become more acute during a promotion, redundancy, parenthood, a relationship ending or other major change.

Welcome. My approach is holistic, systemic and trauma‑informed, supporting individuals, couples, families and adolescents to understand their experiences within the wider context of relationships, patterns and environments. In systemic therapy, I help you explore how interactions, behaviors and relational dynamics may be contributing to your distress. For many people, this includes the impact of trauma — whether from past relationships, childhood experiences, or overwhelming events that continue to shape how you feel and respond today. Together we look at what is happening and why, so you can move toward meaningful change

I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Supervisor with a significant amount of experience of working with clients with a wide range of difficulties. I can understand how difficult it must be asking for help and finding suitable therapist. Therapy is largely dependent on the relationship between the client and therapist. Without this, change would be very challenging. I offer and warm, safe, non-judgemental compassionate environment for people to be themselves so that change is possible. This makes exploring your thoughts, feelings and patterns much easier giving you the power to move forward in new way in your life.
