Online psychotherapist with an eclectic and inventive approach. Practicing Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I believe that people already have within themselves what they need in order to overcome their struggles. All it takes is a bit of guidance and someone to ask the right questions. My wish for my clients is that they find the inner freedom to live the life that they want. I mostly work with expats, travelers, digital nomads, burners - I can relate to the lifestyle and can appreciate the need for flexibility and rescheduling sessions when necessary, however, anyone is welcome.

As everyone is unique and dealing with different issues, some much deeper and complex than others, there is no set-time for how long clients are in therapy for, however I find that many come with a wish to explore issues further after having a short course of CBT, which may have only ‘scratched the surface’. Regardless of the length of time, being supported by the right therapist, that works hard to 'get you', in a relationship built on trust, openness, commitment and empathy, can provide increased self-knowledge, self-acceptance, clarity and emotional healing from all manner of mental health issues.

I’m an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist; I work with adults (18+) who experience anxiety, low mood, and difficulties in relationships. I have a particular interest in working with adults who wish to develop a better understanding of how early relationships and experiences can impact on current relationships, emotional wellbeing and behaviour. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can develop self-understanding, and deepen their relationships both with themselves and others in the context of neurodiversity.

I have extensive experience working across a range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, OCD, gender identity, attachment issues, neurodiversity, trauma and relationship difficulties. Together we will find ways to understand your mental health challenges by looking at the bigger picture of your life. It involves exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, as well as your personal history and current situation. We will identify patterns and triggers that contribute to your struggles. By understanding these connections, we can develop a plan for how to address your issues and work towards positive change.

Having therapy can be a difficult decision, especially when you feel low, self-critical, lonely, anxious, not worthy of having this type of care for your own self. The power to feel better and release this pain is within you, and I can help you access it. Together we can learn the best way for you to reach and keep a good self-esteem and mental health. I offer a confidential space in which you can feel understood, cared for, free to talk about anything that you require. I also offer walking therapy sessions, in peaceful green areas in London. I am a psychotherapist and supervisor and have been working with individuals and groups for the last twenty years. For several years I was on the training committee at AGIP including two years as chair. I am currently the course leader for the Guild's diploma in psychoanalytic supervision. I would describe my orientation as psychoanalytic from within a contemplative perspective. By this I mean that I subscribe to the idea of an unconscious and believe events and attitudes from early life can impact on our lives today. I understand that an awareness of these currents helps to increase the choices available to us.
