I can help you approach relationship anxieties and work through sexual function issues at a pace that works for you.
I am pluralist psychosexual and relationship therapist, which means I believe that no individual therapeutic approach can resolve all client presentations and that different people are likely to want, and benefit from, different interventions in therapy.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist, working with high achievers who struggle with high functioning anxiety, self-confidence and self-esteem, burnout, stress, and relationship difficulties.
My style in therapy is collaborative, engaging, straight forward, and not very formal. I don't take myself too seriously, can be slightly irreverent, and enjoy taking a creative and practical approach to problem solving. I use an integrative approach in therapy, which means I draw from a number of different theories, depending on what is most appropriate.

Working from a comfortable practice in Crystal Palace and online, I emphasise the collaborative therapeutic relationship between us to bring about growth and lasting change.
Hello. Perhaps your relationships feel like hard work, or you're struggling with anxiety, depression or anger. Maybe you feel in the grip of trauma or abuse, or you're feeling stuck. Or do you simply feel that something’s not right? It may be difficult to talk about these things with those closest to you, whereas therapy can be a place to reflect away from your everyday life to bring about the change you're seeking. Whatever's troubling you, I provide a calm, confidential and non-judgmental space to navigate things together. My aim is for us to develop understandings, meanings and solutions, so you can move beyond your difficulties.

As and integrative counsellor, I blend various therapeutic methods to suit each client's needs. With a foundation in Person-Centred therapy, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore difficult thoughts and emotions, reconnect with with core values, enhancing self-worth and acceptance. As a UKCP-registered Gestalt psychotherapist and specialist in couples & relationships therapy, I believe that a decision to start therapy is a powerful one, creating time and space for deep attention and awareness in relationship with a trusted professional.
In a culture saturated with quick fixes, AI responses, and short term medical-models, there is no substitute for long-term, relational psychotherapy. I work with individuals and couples offering intellectual engagement and deep curiosity to support understanding and clarity, alongside attunement to emotional, embodied, and contextual dynamics.

My aim is to offer a safe, secure relationship in which we explore these difficulties together.
I am an Attachment Psychotherapist which means that I help you explore your past and present experiences that may have affected you in some way. Sometimes our experiences can leave us feeling insecure or lacking in confidence, making it difficult to form or sustain healthy relationships or cope with everyday life. Talking this through with a psychotherapist can help you to understand and value yourself more. It is not the job of a psychotherapist to tell you what to do but to offer you different perspectives and a different experience of relating.

I explore issues around low mood, feeling stuck, dealing with difficult emotions, family and relationship problems, gender or sexual identity and loss/change.
Are you relentlessly having thoughts like: "Why does it have to be this way? Why me? If only this had not happened... I wish things were different!" But you never get an answer or resolution leaving you emotionally drained and stuck on a loop? Thoughts starting with why, if only or I wish all share one common thread - I cannot accept this part of my life. If your goal is to 'move on' in life, or to find acceptance and peace with the past or current events or you're stuck on the 'how-to' do it, you've come to the right place.

My couples and relationship work has the same principles in mind, but is particularly useful in exploring how people relate to each other and how what each has brought with them into the relationship, impacts upon it.
Sometimes it is difficult to make sense of our lives; we may not like or understand how we behave or react, but feel unable to change. Sometimes a part of us may feel overwhelmed by life events, feel anxious or depressed, or struggle with difficult relationships Deciding to meet with a therapist can be an important step in helping you to make changes and move forward in life. A therapist will provide a reflective space, where you can speak your mind and explore your difficulties.

I very much view therapy as a collaborative process, where both therapist and client contribute, and the main focus is on building a supportive and trusting relationship.
For whatever reason you may be considering therapy I can work with relationship issues, trauma, bereavement, depression, anxiety, stress, or if you feel stuck and unable to hitch your full potential. In all these instances therapy can help to understand your difficulties and review the moment with a new perspective and clarity.

I work with men, women, and couples facing low desire, performance anxiety, ED, vaginismus, sex/porn addiction, and relationship issues like mismatched libido, poor communication, conflict, and betrayal.
As a sexologist, I use a practical and holistic approach that blends intimacy coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy (optional) and mind-body tools to help you overcome emotional and sexual blocks. My sessions are active and engaging — real change comes from doing the work, not just talking about it.

Relationship Issues Counsellors
While the need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
