Sometimes we begin to recognise patterns or feelings in our lives that we're curious about or not particularly happy with. Be it the relationships we choose, the situations we find ourselves in or our response to challenges, therapy can help you to shed light on why this might be. At other times, we need a space to feel heard without all of the noise, bias and judgement that may come with speaking to friends and family. A space that is just for you. Sometimes outwardly we look like we are getting on with life and functioning just fine, but inside it can feel very different.
