My therapeutic approach is largely transpersonal integrative, which means I am able to integrate other approaches into my work, including humanistic, CBT, solution-focused and expressive/art therapy. How I work is entirely dependent on the needs of the client I am working with. Transpersonal therapy is a holistic healing intervention that evolved from the humanistic work of American psychologist Abraham Maslow in the 1960s. I am a registered member of the UKCP, and I work in accordance with their ethical guidelines. I offer both face-to-face sessions as well as online therapy which is accessible to all regardless of location.
