I work with adults who are finding it hard to cope with the challenges life presents, perhaps, anxiety and stress, relationship issues, loss and bereavement, depression or sadness. I also work with people who are struggling in their work or career. I offer both individual and relationship counselling. Sometimes my clients feel overwhelmed and seek opportunity to offload, sometimes they want to dig deeper in order to gain some insight into their lives with a view to making changes.
