Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repetitive patterns - persistent stress or anxiety that does not respond to self-help strategies, recurring relationship difficulties, feelings of emptiness or lack of meaning, or a deep sense of not being ‘enough’. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences of life. My aim is to help you to start a journey of self-discovery and personal transformation that feels meaningful and sustainable.

Tuesdays ( In-person: Morning/Afternoon), Wednesday ( In-person: Evenings), Thursday (Online: Daytime)
Many people who come to me learned to cope by pleasing, pushing, or performing, and now feel disconnected from their instincts, bodies, or relationships. This usually shows up as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ongoing stress, body symptoms, or repeating patterns in relationships or work. In working together we'll explore whatever feels most relevant for you whether that’s something happening now, a pattern you’re noticing, or a sense that’s hard to put into words. As awareness grows, change starts to organically happen.

Some people come to therapy with specific issues they want to address; others arrive with a more general feeling that life isn’t quite as it should be. Everyone is welcome. Our first focus will be developing a shared understanding of how therapy can support you and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll aim to uncover what in your current life might be getting in the way: patterns of relating to others, and to yourself.

I work with executives, business partners and couples who want a place where we can make sense of what is going on and make meaningful changes in their work and relationships. I have a background as a senior leader and executive coach in the City and work regularly with senior professionals, executives, business partners and couples who are often high-functioning but find themselves dealing with something that their usual approach cannot solve.

I have some limited availability face to face when video is not possible.
Welcome. You're probably here because you’re a high performer who keeps everything together on the outside. But underneath, you might feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism and self-criticism. Perhaps the strategies that once helped you cope aren't working anymore. Or maybe you’ve experienced a recent diagnosis or life change, and now feel uncertain about who you are or what comes next. When these struggles stay hidden, they quickly become isolating and exhausting. But you don’t have to do this alone anymore. Over time, this can impact your confidence, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

My counselling process is client focused and tailored. You and your personal journey are unique, therefore there is no "one size fits all" approach in my therapy space. Although I have had a long and varied education into counselling, psychology and social forces, I remain convinced by a fact that I learned on the first day of my degree... It is often not the method of counselling which predicts a benefit to our clients, but the relationship between client and practitioner. I prioritise building trust and a sense of safety that healing can bed into and thrive in.

‘We all need someone to talk to some of the time’ and across the multi-dimensional layers of personality and global connectedness, to be human means we will be faced with situations and events during our lifetime that we believe a hundred percent, we will have little or no chance of sorting out or finding solutions to. The truism is there are always solutions, some more easily achievable and likeable, others less so. Nonetheless these too are solutions and place ALL at the doorway of all possibility. The wisdom then is to stand in the doorway to commence the healing transformations of finding answers and pathways towards resolution.

Together we will work with whatever you bring to therapy. This may be an issue that is clear and well defined. You might want change in your relationship or in your work, or you may want support dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or shame, for example. But it might also be something much vaguer, it may be a general interest in exploring aspects of your life or way of relating to the world, or it might be a sense of confusion, stuckness, dissatisfaction or unfinished business.

I offer therapy sessions in person, in Central London, and online.
When life feels overwhelming, having someone truly listen can bring calm, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction. You may be feeling anxious or low, but can’t quite understand why. Maybe you struggle to connect with others, or you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You may not know exactly what’s wrong, only that something needs to change. Therapy can offer a calm space to reflect and begin to make sense of how you feel, and why.

We all walk our individual paths, and throughout life, challenges arise that can leave us feeling disconnected, lost, ashamed and more. These difficulties shape who we are, how we interact with others and our reality. Through this, we may develop patterns of behaviour as a means of survival from traumatic experiences and suppressed emotions, these can limit our sense of self and expression.

I work using a variety of therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centred approaches. We will work together to form a safe space in which we can explore your issues and try to help you find a way out of your current difficulties. I view ourselves as constant works-in-progress and understand that sometimes we become stuck in life and unable to find ways forwards. We will work together to discover which approach or approaches best suit you in order to help you become unstuck from your current situation.

I am an educational psychotherapist working with children and young people aged three to eighteen. Educational psychotherapy helps people who may be finding learning difficult for a variety of reasons such as anxiety, depression, anger, bereavement, family break up, or the experience of being fostered or adopted. The aim is to help the child or young person to live more happily and to learn.

I offer face-to-face therapy from my practice at Staple Inn, Holborn on Tuesday mornings, as well as a limited number of online appointments
You might be someone who appears confident and capable in many areas of your life. At work, people see you as reliable, thoughtful and competent. But in social situations, something changes. You become more aware of yourself than the conversation. You worry about how you're coming across, replay interactions afterwards and compare yourself with people who seem naturally relaxed. Over time, it's easy to wonder why social situations feel so much harder for you than they seem to for everyone else. Deep down, you may begin to question whether there's something wrong with you.
