I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative one, with us working side-by-side to develop your inner resources, communication skills, improve awareness of yourself, your body and your relationships with others.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a Psychosexual Therapist working with individuals and couples, with issues around communication, desire/arousal, orgasm, erectile difficulties, vaginal discomfort/pain, trauma, body image issues, sexual identity, menopause, affairs, non monogamous, polyamorous relationships, porn addiction, kink, bdsm.
It can be daunting to reach out to someone you don't know and to share your most private and intimate thoughts & feelings.
