Does it feel like there is a constant voice in your head telling you that you aren’t doing enough, or that you’re one mistake away from being ‘found out’? You’re exhausted from overthinking every interaction and trying to perfect your way out of anxiety. It doesn't have to stay this way. I help people who are tired of feeling held back by self-doubt and the 'what-ifs.' Whether your anxiety shows up as a racing heart before a meeting or a quiet, nagging sense that you aren't worthy of your success, we will work together to quiet that noise.

Psychotherapeutic services offered include Psychotherapy CBT, NLP, Timeline Hypnotherapy Coaching, EMDR, Therapeutic Shamanism
‘We all need someone to talk to some of the time’ and across the multi-dimensional layers of personality and global connectedness, to be human means we will be faced with situations and events during our lifetime that we believe a hundred percent, we will have little or no chance of sorting out or finding solutions to. The truism is there are always solutions, some more easily achievable and likeable, others less so. Nonetheless these too are solutions and place ALL at the doorway of all possibility. The wisdom then is to stand in the doorway to commence the healing transformations of finding answers and pathways towards resolution.

The way to heal is to get to the root cause of the problem, this eliminates symptoms and leaves you in charge of your life rather than feeling it's running you.
Healing is about time, place and person. When you are ready the right person will appear. Personal recommendations can be helpful, but in my experience you know the right person for you. I offer a 20 minute discovery call where you can see for yourself if we are the right fit. You and I will both know if this feels "right" and we can chat about the different ways in which I work to see what's best and where you would like to start. I work in an integrated way using talking therapies, bodywork, breathwork, energy healing, flower essences and sleep hygiene to support your journey to wellness. I cannot wait to connect with you.

Increasingly, I am sought out by individuals who despite achieving what they hoped for in life are feeling lost, unsatisfied and seek direction.
I work with clients directly and collaboratively with emotional honesty and transparency. My approach is open, warm, and intuitive. I'll ask questions that encourage you to think differently. I'll call out patterns when I see them. I'll also sit with you in the messy, uncertain parts without rushing to make it all make sense.

Trained in EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry, embodiment and movement, NLP and holistic coaching.
Hi, it’s nice to meet you. My name is Pavan. I’m based in London and work online with clients across Europe. I work with individuals tired of pretending they’re fine: thoughtful, capable and outwardly together, yet anxious, burnt out or quietly lost. I offer a deeper, non-clinical space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. Shaped by both training and my own therapy, I work gently and honestly. I’m drawn to sensitive, intuitive people who learned to survive by being strong or accommodating. Therapy becomes the place you get to soften and be seen.

Life Coaching Counsellors
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
