When life's challenges feel overwhelming, it can be hard to identify what is holding us back. I work collaboratively with clients using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-focused Therapy (CfT), Mindfulness, and EMDR to explore and address the underlying issues, fostering lasting change. As a fully qualified Greek/English speaking BABCP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist, my aim is to help clients build resilience, confidence, and strength, enabling them to overcome difficulties with a more flexible mindset.

Over the past 26 years, part of my experience has included helping develop people in international high-performance organizations. Workplace dynamics can bring out the best and the worst in people, sometimes conjuring childhood traumas or overwhelming feelings of anxiety and insecurity which affect self-esteem and other aspects of personal life. Experience in these areas has led me to address the inter-connections between the triggers of anxiety that emerge in social or work settings and one’s early personal history, past experiences and relationships.

I am a Chartered and Registered Counselling Psychologist who adopts a pluralistic framework based on the premise that no one therapeutic approach is superior, and different clients are likely to benefit from different therapeutic methods at different points in time. The pluralistic position puts the client and their needs at the centre of therapy and is based on working collaboratively. I honestly believe that people are experts of themselves but with help from trained professionals they can have a better understanding of themselves and the reason(s) for their behaviours.

In my practice, I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface—at your pace. My approach is gentle, integrative, and grounded in compassion, helping you reconnect with a sense of clarity, purpose, and emotional ease.

Things are probably feeling quite tough right now. You might struggle to get out of bed in the morning or find it hard to quiet your racing mind. Maybe you replay conversations over and over again, or endlessly scroll on your phone, trying to distract yourself. Sometimes it feels like you're being pushed around by strong emotions, and other times it's like living in a slow-motion black-and-white movie. Wouldn't it be great to live in full colour again? To feel in charge of your own life, decisions, and emotions? Imagine being able to show up as your favourite self and live life to the fullest.

I believe it takes great courage to reach out and look for support. However, I know it can be scary and overwhelming looking for the right person. Over the years I have been a therapist, I have supported many individuals to take back control over their lives and find the healing they had been long searching for. My training has enabled me to be able to work with complex emotions at a deep level. This is particularly effective when working with trauma and the impact of early childhood experiences. My warm and gentle approach ensures that our work together enables you to feel safe and grounded, working at a pace that suit you.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is ask for help. I am an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in London at 1 Canada Square Canary Wharf and also in Surrey. I am also an Advanced Addiction Practitioner. I help you make sense of the chaos beneath the surface. Over time I have learned that healing isn’t always about fixing t’s about understanding, acceptance and growth. My approach is grounded in empathy, honesty, and presence. Within my work, I have helped others find clarity and strength in their experience. I have seen time and time again how people, even in their darkest hours, have the capacity for change.

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy that works towards deep, lasting change, not just symptom relief. My approach is to foster an environment where we can explore the complexities of your mind and develop a detailed understanding of unconscious patterns that may be limiting your growth. I hold an open, reliable, and confidential space where we can begin to understand and explore your difficulties. Together, we can expand your emotional range and build resilience, making greater freedom, expression, and authenticity possible.

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, which means I have completed extensive training in the assessment and treatment of mental health difficulties throughout different stages of life. My approach to therapy is warm, empathic, and genuine. It is important to me to create a space that feels safe, and where my clients feel heard and understood. Some people come to see me for help with a specific issue such as anxiety, or difficulties with managing stress at work. Others meet with me to have a space where they can be free to reflect and work towards a greater sense of understanding, and in turn compassion, towards themselves.
