Work, relationships, families, finances, the behaviour of others, our past and health can lead us to develop unhealthy emotions. These include anxiety (shown as general stress, fatigue, panic attacks and OCD), depression (feeling lethargic or unfocussed), anger (outbursts, intolerance), guilt (we did something wrong) or shame (I’m not good enough). I work closely with clients to move forward from these to heal, achieve personal goals, enjoy life to its fullest and experience joy.
