Hello, my name is Harvey and I am a therapist working in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and West London. I currently work for Here for you Counselling, a private practice therapeutic service I founded. I have experience working with many different presenting issues, including; depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, bereavement, low self-esteem, PTSD, abuse and many more. I have worked with I wide range of clients, however I have particular experience working with young people, aged 18-35. I am able to work in a traditional face-to-face setting at my office in Chiswick or remotely via Skype/Zoom.

I work with couples who find themselves stuck, repeating the same messy dance more often than they would like, yet share a desire to find a better way to connect with one another and stop getting into the same, seemingly, endless argument. When a couple comes to me for help, I’m confident that there is genuine love for one another, yet having spent years feeling unhappy, often times there is a sense of hopelessness in the relationship. That’s generally where I will meet you, and I want you to know that you are not alone. Couples face many challenges that make connection difficult.

We all experience problems and difficulties which at times can build-up and seem overwhelming in our day-to-day lives. Sometimes, events or relationships can feel difficult due to deeper issues unresolved from our past, such as childhood experiences or family problems. Counselling can help you have more awareness of yourself and the decisions you make, giving you greater empowerment in your life. It may help with a range of emotional issues including anxiety, depression, loss and grief, low self-esteem, mood or family and relationship problems. It can support you through difficult times and allow you to achieve your full potential.

I provide an integrative counselling experience. This means I utilise aspects of several models of therapy to suit individual circumstances. It is unrealistic to expect one model of therapy to work for everyone therefore, having access to several models provides an approach that may be tailored to each individual's needs. Therapy should be a collaborative experience where we work together to find the right solutions. In doing so, I hope to find long-term answers for those tired of the 'revolving door' experience of counselling with symptoms being temporarily relieved but continually recurring.

I am a Consultant Psychotherapist - the only one in my field - with a psychosexual and relationship therapy specialisation. I have over three decades of experience. I train medical consultants, therapists, supervisors and organisational consultants. I run a university accredited psychotherapy training and have done so since 1990.

As a Queer cisgender male, I have a particular interest working within the LGBTQi+ community. I work with persons that identify as male, who find themselves curious about gender and sexuality. Persons that might be asking questions and challenging binary thinking regarding identity, sexuality, sex and relationships. Persons that might be are openly gay or are generally wanting to work through the aspects of sexuality, gender and relationship diversity.

My name is Dr Homen Chow and I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist. I have experiencing working with trauma, low, mood, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and with those who find it difficult to control or regulate their emotions. I use evidenced-based therapies (Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT etc.) to guide treatment in a way that is adapted to each individual, to help make sense of their own difficulties and strengths. I tend to best support those whose difficulties arise in relationships, be that personal, professional or societal.

Hello, I’m Karla and I provide a confidential and supportive space for you to explore and address your concerns. I offer face to face and online therapy sessions. I support people with issues such as relationship problems, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bereavement and loss, sexual orientation, eating disorders, illness and anger management. I also have a special interest in existential concerns relating to how we derive meaning and purpose in our lives. I have flexible availability and I can usually schedule appointments at short notice. I offer short and long term therapy, typically seeing clients for weekly sessions.
