I have particular experience working with eating disorders and body image difficulties, trauma, and psychedelic experience integration.
Many therapies focus on managing symptoms — reducing anxiety, shifting unhelpful thoughts, building coping strategies. These can be genuinely useful. My approach works at a different level. It’s interested in why you keep finding yourself in the same kinds of situations, why certain feelings won’t shift, and why patterns you didn’t choose seem to run your life. Most of us carry patterns that were shaped long before we had words for them. They show up in how we relate to others, what makes us anxious, what we avoid, how we feel about ourselves when things go wrong. Until those patterns are understood, they tend to repeat.

Welcome to ReDiscover & Bloom Therapy! Life can feel overwhelming. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or facing the challenges of fertility and parenting, including raising a child with special educational needs. You might be neurodivergent, including living with ADHD or autism, or undiagnosed and seeking understanding of how neurodivergence affects your life. Low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and pressures at work, in study, or in your career can make it even harder to feel grounded. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience and create change.

Are you looking for a calm, confidential space where you don’t have to hold it all together. A place to reflect, be heard, and reconnect with your emotions, seek clarity, and understand yourself. You may appear capable, composed, and dependable, someone others rely on, but inside, you feel stretched, anxious, or disconnected. Perhaps you’re managing intense work or personal pressures, navigating difficult relationships, or carrying the impact of earlier experiences or trauma. Are you struggling with depression, low confidence, overthinking, or burnout. Despite functioning outwardly, something doesn’t feel right internally.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore what’s been weighing on you, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and find new ways forward that feel more aligned and empowering. I often work with people who feel like they’re carrying a lot—managing anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the pressure to hold everything together. You might find yourself stuck in the same relationship patterns, questioning your worth, or feeling burned out from trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. You're thoughtful and self-aware, but you're ready for deeper support and real change.

The reasons behind people seeking therapy are vast. For some, there may be a specific question; for others, it may be the desire to understand some part of themselves that they have been struggling to grasp for some time. We all experience times of difficulty and struggle, and sometimes we may find that familiar ways of coping no longer seem to help, or we notice our patterns with others no longer serve us to feel safe and secure. Therapy is designed to create a safe space, with no agenda, so that we can think carefully about ourselves within the context of our lives to explore understanding and change.
