I am a fully qualified psychotherapist working with adults in both private practice and the NHS. Although I have a practice in London I am currently working entirely via VC and able to take on new clients. I work largely in the psychodynamic model but always remain flexible to offer the best possible help. I encourage open-ended therapy for the most opportunity for change, growth, and support but also I am happy to offer time-limited/short-term therapy if that is what might suit you better.
