I use EMDR to help people process trauma (PTSD and C-PTSD). My clients are typically living with a range of issues - flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, night terrors, palpitations, catastrophising, insomnia, feelings of isolation, irritability and guilt. They also very often experience 'triggering' - making everyday life, work and relationships difficult. Additionally, they may not remember aspects of what has happened to them and others ('dissociation'.)
