Therapy is a simple conversation with someone who is trained to listen to you. I currently work in both the charitable and private sector. This means I have experience of supporting people from all walks of life coping with a broad range of difficulties such as, depression, anxiety, addiction, childhood trauma and many more. I am fully qualified and have an MA/PGDip in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. As an integrative therapist I draw from different approaches in order to listen effectively to your individual experience.
