With an extensive background of working in mental health I have worked with issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and abuse. Ive worked with those who have experienced loss, relationship issues/breakdowns, adverse childhood experiences, isolation and complex mental health needs. No issue is too much or too overwhelming, as I believe with the right support, patience and care, we can both find the solution. Together unravelling and making sense of the problem to know what steps to take to move forward.

Sometimes it looks like you’re managing just fine - capable, responsible, the one others rely on. But inside you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or questioning what comes next. You might be carrying grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, or moving through a life transition that has shifted your sense of self. I work with individuals and couples, many of whom are professionals, creatives, leaders, and public-facing or high-profile individuals navigating pressure, visibility, and responsibility. Therapy offers space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and feel less alone in it.

I work as a Person-Centred psychotherapist and also following the Lacanian psychoanalytic orientation, depending on your individual needs.
You may be seeking therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, addiction, loss of direction, self-harm, identity questions, relationship difficulties, or trauma. Whatever brings you, I offer a safe and confidential space where you are deeply listened to and supported at your own pace.
I work to create the core conditions for therapy: safety, acceptance, and genuine understanding. These conditions can help you feel more confident in your judgement, less fearful of expressing yourself, and better able to understand emotional difficulties, supporting meaningful change or greater stability in your life.

If you find yourself struggling with loneliness, disconnection, or feeling unheard, you’re not alone. Many individuals face challenges navigating life’s transitions: whether it's stepping into adulthood, choosing a career path, or forming relationships. These struggles often stem from a deeper sense of not being able to speak up or express ourselves fully. The voice that connects us to others, that allows us to call out for help or form meaningful bonds, can feel lost in moments of isolation, uncertainty, or self-doubt. If you feel silenced or struggle to express yourself, it can lead to withdraw, disconnect, or let fear take over.

I am an integrative, collaborative, challenging therapist. I work with clients who have decided there is something they want to change about themselves to have a different future self. You do not have to know all the answers about why and how, that is something we can find out together. Many of my clients are stuck in the same patterns, same thoughts, and same behaviours that no longer work for them but cannot figure out how to change them alone. I am here to help you understand and untangle these to figure out what is it you need and want for future you.

Does psychoanalytic therapy work?
Psychoanalytic therapy derives from the work of Sigmund Freud. In this type of therapy, discovering buried thoughts and emotions from the unconscious will help a person work through their difficulties and negative behaviours. Research shows that psychoanalytic therapy can be highly effective, with patients reporting improvement in mood, quality of life, and overall well-being.
How long are people typically in psychoanalytic therapy?
Traditional psychoanalysis is in-depth and is conducted in five sessions every week. Today, modern psychoanalytic therapy is less intense and normally incorporates as few as one or two sessions a week. In some cases, positive change can occur quickly. However, if the condition, difficulty, or behaviour is deep-seated, improvement may require many months or years of therapy.
Is psychoanalytic therapy suitable for young people?
Children and adolescents can benefit from this type of therapy. Many kids and teens are often unable to form and communicate their thoughts and emotions. Psychoanalytic therapy uses specific techniques such as dream analysis, symbolism, and free association or word association; all of which can be useful tools for less-communicative young people. Through this therapy, a patient will hopefully make connections between what they feel inside and how the world works outside.
Can psychoanalytic therapy be done online?
Modern-day psychoanalytic therapy is very different from traditional psychoanalysis. While an individual can sit face-to-face with the psychoanalyst for multiple sessions a week, they do not have to. Today, psychoanalytic therapy can be effectively conducted online or by phone. The key is that the individual confronts what is repressed and avoided, and this can be done whether in person or over online video.
