Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with BABCP, also trained in EMDR and Dialetical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I treat a range of disorders from Obsessive compulsive disorder helping to alleviate intrusive anxiety provoking thoughts, anxiety and distress resulting from trauma. I work with people who self harm perhaps through deliberate acts or addictive behaviours depending on current level of risk. 25 years experience having trained at the Maudsley Hospital/Institute of Psychiatry 1993 to 1996. Intrusive distressing thoughts a specialty offering 2 intensive sessions which can make a difference. Currently no waiting list.
