and young people around issues such as substance abuse, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues; including physical and emotional abuse.
Our work together will be to consider your situation from your perspective to help you make any changes you feel are needed. My aim is to hold a safe space for you to be heard and I will be empathic, honest and non-judgemental with you throughout our time together. I am experienced in talk therapies and cognitive behavioural therapy approaches. I believe each person is unique, therefore, my approach will be personalised to suit your needs
