I have over 10 years of practice in a varied setting which includes Individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, young peoples therapy (13 years old on). I have experience with: Emigration / Adaptation / Loneliness / Emptiness, Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Sports Psychology - Ex Athletes - Retirement. Choice and Self Awareness, Loss, Change, Acceptance, Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Phobias, Relationships, Rehabilitation Process, Anger, Frustration and Sadness and other emotions and states of mind.
Through my experience I can offer a non judgemental safe space in which you can be whoever and however you would like to be. A space for you to find and discover yourself. An opportunity for change, growth and understanding.
