I have nearly 15 years experience working with people of all ages and with all range of issues, from phobias & fears to deep seated anxieties, depression & self-defeating behaviours. I am a qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, EMDR practitioner and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, so specialise in trauma. Change is possible, it all starts with the first step.
I’m a counsellor, so I can help with everyday life situations and challenges, and a psychotherapist, looking at how the psyche is affecting emotions and behaviours. I use hypnotherapy to reprogram the subconscious mind, implant more positive messages, and uncover the root causes for long lasting positive change and EMDR and IFS therapy for trauma.
I work in a private garden clinic, offering a peaceful and comfortable setting and a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for you to explore your thoughts, heal yourself and empower your future.
