Do you carry a sense that something isn't quite right — not dramatically wrong, just a feeling that won't go away? Perhaps relationships feel harder than they should, or you're exhausted from holding everything together.
For many people, these feelings trace back to childhood — not to what happened, but to what didn't: the comfort, attention or care that wasn't there. Childhood neglect can be invisible, even to the person who lived it, yet it quietly shapes adult life.
We're a specialist psychotherapy clinic in Glasgow, here to help you understand why — and to find a way forward. Contact us for a free consultation.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and highly self-aware, yet remain caught in patterns of self-criticism, perfectionism, pressure, and self-doubt. They may understand why they feel stuck but still struggle to translate insight into meaningful change. Therapy can help uncover what keeps these patterns in place and create a clearer path towards living with greater confidence, flexibility, and purpose.

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a late ADHD diagnosis, or processing the impact of a significant life event. Often, we find ourselves repeating patterns we don’t fully understand, outwardly competent, high performing, yet internally disconnected from a sense of satisfaction or happiness.
As a CBT psychotherapist, I combine evidence-based approaches with genuine curiosity and compassion. I offer a safe, supportive space where we can gently explore your experiences, make sense of what’s happened, and work collaboratively to create meaningful lifelong change.
