Life can be very hard at times. A new diagnosis, a bereavement, a loss, or a change in circumstances, all can mean that you find yourself disturbed and, at times, unable to cope. You may never have imagined that you would be looking for counselling one day. Many of us have felt the need for an empathic ear. I aim to offer a warm, compassionate and confidential space for you to bring your challenges. During our therapy sessions, you will feel supported through your journey towards your goals of happiness or contentment, or being heard and understood, or whatever goals you have decided for yourself.
