Seeking a therapist who works with the trustworthiness and efficacy of the NHS without specific restrictions or criteria? Taking that step to be vulnerable, and actively engage in real change is courageous. Therapy is: empowering you to become your own therapist. I create a safe, genuine & non-judgmental space to explore your agenda, at your pace together. Typically, we meet for 50 minute appointments & can last between 8-20 sessions. I maintain Continuing Professional Development and ethical practice as evidenced by the BABCP.
