About
Serendipity Psychology is a social enterprise of clinical psychologists established by Dr Lauren Sayers. Our team of specialists are able to work with a variety of complex issues in children, young people and adults and help individuals, couples and families. Just some of the issues we work with include: anxiety; depression; personality difficulties; PTSD and trauma; autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) and; eating disorders. Our goals are to reduce the symptoms of these difficulties and increase the amount of time our clients feel relief from challenging emotions, quickly enhancing their quality of life.
Our psychologists are each trained and qualified in a number of different evidence-based therapies and are able to integrate these as required in the most effective and individualised way to suit your needs. We believe each person and their challenges are individual and need a specific formulation of their problem in order to plan the best care and support.
We understand that we need to match what the evidence says helps with the unique needs of our clients to get the most positive outcomes; we are committed to your future well-being. We welcome you to get in touch so we can match you to the best person in the team to meet your needs.
